AVAILABILITY

Marshall's Country Store cannot guarantee the availability of any products. In the event Marshall's Country Store is not able to fulfill an order that has already been placed, you will be refunded in full.

 

PAYMENT

Marshall's Country Store uses third party providers to accept the following payment types: Credit Card and PayPal. Marshall's Country Store does not house any credit card details. Full payment is required and must be cleared before the purchased products will be shipped.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Marshall's Country Store website content including design, written content and product descriptions, logo, images, etc. should not be used elsewhere unless prior written consent of Marshall's Country Store is obtained.
