Shipping policy


Orders are shipped globally from our Canadian warehouse via the option selected by the customer at check-out.


We aim to process orders twice each week and ship orders within 3-5 business days.


Please note that orders containing personalized photos require 3-4 weeks for processing prior to shipping and all items in the order will be sent as one shipment unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges may be incurred if separate shipments are requested.


Customers will be provided an update once the order has shipped.


Marshall's Country Store cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is Marshall's Country Store responsible for late delivery or packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information (if available).




Shipments to other countries may incur certain fees upon arrival for customs, import duties and local taxes. All of these charges are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.



Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges).


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
